LULI LOU
This is a creative space I've dedicated to share my love for all things ink and paper.

The Luli Lou blog is named after my late maternal grandparents, Luli and Lourdes.

I'm Joey, the girl behind it.

September Bullet Journal Setup | 2022 Bujo

Philippines

Taylor was right⏤August really did sip away like a bottle of wine. #IYKYK

Hello, kid. The -ber (read: burr 🌧) months are here, which means the whole country is required to only play Christmas songs from now on. 😋And it's also about damn time to showcase my September bullet journal layout.

For this month's layout, I originally wanted to go for an all-red theme. This is so I can make use of my ephemera (especially with the bunch I got from Trish) and my Tombow reds I recently got, but then my ✨bUsY✨ life with a side of minor eye injury got in the way, I was left with little to no time to finish. So I decided on an all-doodled one instead.

Though as a bonus, I'll share what-would've-been my September calendar setup below. :)

Let's begin the tour. ♥︎

COVER PAGE

This cover page is inspired by my January layout, which conveniently isn't anywhere on this blog. 😂 I just did a raw lettering of the September and filled the rest of the page with planters, washi tapes (doodled), and what-not.

If I'm going to be honest, I think I did a pretty decent job with this one, and that's good enough for me.

SEPTEMBER LOG

Remember last month when I said expanded calendars fit me better? No? Good. This month, I scaled down my calendar to create a log instead. 😂 I opted for this layout to see if this one is finally the one I'll be sticking with. Let's see if I continue this layout or revert to the expanded one.

HABIT TRACKER

I have grown consistent with actually pursuing the habits I want to learn. To even inspire me as the days go by, I thought a one page habit tracker would be a great way to revisit my performance from the first to the last day of the month.

SLEEP + MOOD TRACKER

They say getting enough rest has a lot to do with your mood the next day, and I want to prove this to myself. Also, I haven't tried this template ever, so I'm excited to give it a try.

DASHBOARD

My dashboard is filled with the same elements of my February bujo setup (Word of the Day, More of, Less of, Goals). I'm still in the process of filling this up, so you can see the penciled details.

Overall, I would say it's something I'm not hating. I like that I doodled everything; that way, I have an easy excuse on the misaligned and dancing lines.

WEEKLY SPREAD

This is the fattest weekly spread I've made my whole bujo career, and I'm here for all of that. 🙌🏻

Each day has been divided to the three main aspects of my daily life: day job, personal, and blog. I've also gone back to separating the weekends into their own separate days. I'm not sure yet how I'll utilize all the other elements on the spread, but I guess I'll cross the bridge when I get there.

BONUS

Here's a photo of what would've been my September expanded calendar. :)

I wanted to channel my love of scrapbooking using the ephemera from Trish and some of those I already have in my arsenal. However, after my minor eye injury, I was robbed with time to set my layout like this, so I just opted for something I can finish quicker.

WFH date with my Boop ♥︎

That's it. Thank you for joining this little tour. See you next month for the next one! ♥︎
